- Carrier charges: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use our services without consenting to marketing texts.
No sale or sharing of mobile data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We will not sell or rent your mobile phone number, opt-in data, or SMS conversation content. The only parties who may process this information are the subcontractors that operate the systems used to deliver our texts to you (for example, our CRM and messaging platform), and only as needed to provide the service.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate our business, comply with the law, or protect our rights. Specifically:
- Service providers and subcontractors — companies that help us run our business, such as our CRM and communications platform (GoHighLevel), scheduling tools, email and SMS delivery vendors, payment processors, cloud hosting providers, analytics tools, and customer-support tools. These providers are bound to use your information only to perform services for us.
- Professional advisors — our attorneys, accountants, and insurers, when reasonably necessary.
